A team of The Republic He visited seven markets in Metropolitan Lima to find out the price of lemon, onion, as well as other foods for daily consumption. The onion is between S/3.50 and S/9.00 in retail markets, registering a variation of approximately S/1.00 compared to previous days. Tomatoes are between S/3.00 and S/4.50, and carrots are sold for up to S/2.50.

On the other hand, chicken, one of the meats most consumed by Peruvians, It is between S/6.50 and S/8.50 per whole kilo. While the eggs are available between S/8.50 and S/10.00.
