He National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi) will hold an auction of 11 real estate in Cusco.   • Those interested must appear at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time, and carry their current ID. Citizens with expired documents will be prevented from participating according to article 37 of Law No. 26497.
  • They must prove an amount of not less than 10% of the appraisal value of the property they wish to acquire, either in cash or by cashier’s check payable to Indecopi.
  • Those who participate in the auction on behalf of a natural or legal person must have a valid power of attorney, registered in the respective registry office.
