Podsiadło will perform in June next year in three places: at Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk – June 1, 2024; Enea Stadion in Poznań – June 15 and at the Śląski Stadium in Chorzów – June 22. The official sale for these concerts started on Thursday and all tickets sold out in the blink of an eye, because in just an hour.

This did not go unnoticed by the singer, who posted an extensive post on Facebook late in the evening. He admitted that he expected a huge interest, but not this much. In the end, he managed to sell about 150,000. tickets in an hour! Therefore, he decided to announce two additional concerts: June 2 in Gdańsk and June 23 in Chorzów. Ticket sales will start on Friday, September 1 at 1 p.m. on the website.

Interestingly, a few years ago it would have been unthinkable for native artists to be much more in demand than international stars. One of the first musicians who broke the rules was Taco Hemingway, who performed at Torwar in December 2017. This proves the great popularity of Polish music and its high level, which is appreciated by listeners.

That’s why I still don’t understand the decision of the organizer of Open’er, who during last year’s edition decided to put Podsiadło’s concert on the Tent Stage, which is one of the smaller stages of the festival. Even before the performance began, people were crowding into the tent, and it was difficult to squeeze through in its immediate vicinity. Let’s hope this doesn’t happen again in the future!
