Government Minister Henry Cucalón stated that the signing of the extension with Clara guarantees a process of continuity, transparency and quality of service. “In the same line, legal certainty is protected both the contract and the guarantees that must be given in order for the company to continue with the investments that correspond to it, its obligations and, therefore, the improvement of the service.
