A new 2-tower complex that will unite high-end shops, a luxury hotel and highly versatile offices will be inaugurated next year in metropolitan Lima. This is the Pardo 200 project that has been brewing since 2017 and that could become a favorable attraction for the development of tourist and business activities. Pardo 200: where will this real estate project be located?
According to the Pardo 200 website, this mixed-use complex will be developed in the Miraflores district. Exactly, it will be located on the corner of José Pardo avenue, between Atahualpa and Coronel Inclán streets. Likewise, the infrastructure will have an area of more than 60,000 m2, which will be distributed over 18 floors and 7 basements.

According to an interview that Peru Retail conducted with Miguel Harada from the Pardo 200 real estate agency, the infrastructure designed by the Bakpak Architects studio will have 2 floors for commerce and retail businesses will be located on the first level. Likewise, the second floor will house renowned restaurants, while the third will be used as a conference center.
A visual detail of this building is that from the eighth floor to the roof, the structure will be divided forming the two towers and resembling a V. - A luxury hotel: The Spanish group NH Hotel will bring to Peru its new ‘nhow’ concept, which addresses exclusive themes for each room and distinctive common spaces. Likewise, each of these hotels has a 4-star classification and will have 265 rooms for people seeking a different experience from normal lodgings.
- Corporate offices: A huge 15,000 m2 office complex will be located in the second building at Pardo 2002 that have the most advanced technology and security. In the same way, these areas offer versatility, natural lighting and a friendly environment with the environment.
- Commercial areas: On the first 2 floors of the mixed-use complex there will be shops dedicated to commerce. For example, the first floor will house renowned brands such as Kuna, Aruma and Pandora, while on the second level there will be international restaurants that will have a direct connection to the hotel building.

Pardo 200: when will it be inaugurated?
According to Miguel Hatada from the Pardo 200 project, in statements to Peru Retail, this 2-tower complex was scheduled to open in June of this year. However, the pandemic and Russia’s war with Ukraine made it difficult to move materials and equipment from Europe to Peru.
“We are already with a new delivery date: in June 2024 we should be opening the hotel and we hope that the commercial part will open a little earlier,” he said.
