The lack of LPG supply due to the delay of the ships in the Panama Canal, as well as the preventive maintenance of the Pisco plant, generated the increase in prices at the taps in Lima and the rest of the country. In the capital, for example, it was reported that liquefied gas for vehicle use reached S/12.
In this regard, the Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem) assured that there is already an offer, so that in the next few days the prices would be regularizing. The supply was reduced by up to 20%.
Trujillo was one of the cities with the highest price growth. LPG exceeded S/10 at one point of sale. A tour of this newspaper allowed us to account for the different values.
