Thousands of state workers are waiting for the delivery of the exceptional bonus of S/600 that was announced by the Executive Power and that is part of the Centralized Collective Agreement 2023-2024 signed on June 30 between the leaders of the five confederations unions of the three levels of government and representatives of the State. Which workers will receive the S/600 bonus?
The S/600 bonus will be delivered to the more than 582,000 public sector workers who are part of the 2023-2024 centralized collective bargaining. Find out below the labor regimes included in said agreement:

S/600 Bonus: what are the requirements to receive it?
According to the act signed between the public sector unions and the Executive Branch, the beneficiaries must meet these requirements to access the payment of the S/600 bonus:
- In the case of national and regional government entities, they must prove a labor relationship as of June 30, 2023. Likewise, the beneficiary personnel must be registered in the Centralized Registry of Data Sheets and Human Resources of the Public Sector of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
- For their part, municipal workers must appear on the Electronic Payroll (PDT Plame) of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) and have a labor relationship as of June 30, 2023.
S/600 Bonus: which workers will not be able to receive it?
State workers excluded from the S/600 bonus are those who hold positions of trust, management, or those who meet the characteristics of a public official. In the same way, the personnel of the special careers of the health and education sectors will not benefit from this economic subsidy either.
S/600 Bonus: when will it be delivered?
To date, there is no exact date regarding the delivery of the S/600 bonus for the benefit of public workers. However, the agreement signed between the State and the unions specifies that this payment can be made effective by means of a law, the process of which should have been carried out in July. Faced with this situation, the Minister of Economy, Alex Contreras, stated in a previous interview with La República that the Executive Power will submit a supplementary credit bill, which includes the delivery of this bonus.

S/600 Bonus: what do public sector workers say about the delay?
On Tuesday, August 8, the workers of the five public sector union confederations that signed the 2023-2024 Centralized Collective Agreement with the representatives of the Executive Power sent a letter to the Minister of Economy to express their discomfort at the non-compliance with the delivery of the bonus of S/600, which should have been made in July and up to now no regulation has been presented that authorizes its disbursement.
“It is a pleasure to go to your office to send you the cordial greetings of the CITE-Unasse-CTE-Conasep and Confetep Expanded State Unity Coalition, and at the same time express the enormous labor unrest of 562,000 public servants due to the mockery of the Ministry of Economy regarding the non-payment of the exceptional bonus of S/600, which should have been paid last July,” they indicated.
Finally, they announced that between August 22 and 24 they will hold mobilization days to persist in non-compliance with the agreements of the collective agreement related to the payment of the S/600 bonus to public sector workers.
