4. Inter Artis Peru: empowered to represent and administer the related rights of the interpretations and performances of the audiovisual field that are part of its repertoire.
5. Management Entity for Audiovisual Producers (Egeda Peru): empowered to represent and manage the copyright and related rights of audiovisual works and productions that are part of its repertoire.
6. Peruvian Association of Visual Artists (Apsav): empowered to represent and manage the copyright of works of visual arts that are part of its repertoire.

What are the companies that must pay royalties?

Companies in the hotel sector, restaurants, transportation, radio, television and cable operators, among others, that they must comply with the payment of royalties for the dissemination of films, series and music that are protected by copyright and related rights, in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright Law (Legislative Decree No. 822).
