MTPE creates Sectoral Working Group to promote dialogue with Sunafil unions

The Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (PETM) has created this Sunday, August 13, through the Ministerial Resolution No. 314-2023-TRhe Temporary Sectoral Working Group to promote active dialogue with the union organizations of the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (sunafil).

Said equipment has a maximum period of five business days, counted from tomorrow, for its installation and, in addition, it is made up as follows:

• A representative of the Vice-Ministerial Labor Office, who presides over it
• Two representatives of the Office of the Superintendent of the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection
• A representative of the General Directorate of Policies for the Promotion of Labor Formalization and Labor Inspection of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion
• A representative of the Planning and Budget Office of SUNAFIL
• A representative of the Human Resources Office of the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection
• A representative of the National Union of Workers of the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (SI SUNAFIL)
• A representative of the Single Union of Inspectors and Workers of the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (SUIT SUNAFIL)
• A representative of the CAS Workers Union of the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (SITCAS SUNAFIL)

The norm indicates that each member of the Sectoral Working Group has an alternate representative, who attends the meetings in the absence of the head. In addition, it mentions that they are accredited by means of an official letter addressed to the Technical Secretariat, within three business days from the day after the publication of this Ministerial Resolution. Likewise, his work is ad honorem.

The Sectoral Working Group’s function is to receive the proposals made by the members that make up the team and promote possible mechanisms for addressing the proposals received. Its validity is 90 business days from its installation.
