The German brand Adidas officially opened its first concept store electrical outlet in the land. He did it in the City Mall, located in the north of Guayaquil. This new store will include a design inspired by the world of sports and will offer all of its concepts: Originals, Performance and Sportswear, according to the company.

The adaptation of the new store began on June 5, and it took about two months to fit the store into this shopping center, said Roberto Castells, Adidas’ marketing manager.

New brands are advertised in Mall del Sol: GAP, Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, American Eagle

In this concept, the global brand Factory Outlet will offer all the necessary equipment for sports fans, as well as fashion items and lifestyle for completing the most urban outfits of Adidas collections.

The new sales area is 338 m² and reflects an attractive design, brand identity and the incorporation of sports codes, with bright and spacious spaces. In this way, the collections will be exposed to the visitors of the new store.

For Castells, coming to Guayaquil with a new store format demonstrates the German company’s commitment to the country by creating new experiences for consumers. “We are sure that it will be a space that everyone will like and that will offer a new experience,” he assured.

Asked if the brand plans more stores in this format, Castells revealed that the German company expects the expansion of the concept to take place over three years. “(In) which we will listen to our customers and choose the cities and locations to reach,” the CEO added.

Meanwhile, according to Castells, the brand’s expectation with this first location, without detailing sales targets, is that consumers consider it their main sports brand, hoping that more and more people will use Adidas.
