The company Duragas Abastible and the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investments and Fisheries (MPCEIP) This Wednesday they signed an investment contract for more than $ 50 million in Guayaquil, to improve and expand their installed capacity for the storage, packaging and commercialization of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
More than $ 430 million in six new investment contracts
The contract was signed at the company’s facilities, which were visited by the Minister of Production, Foreign Trade, Investments and Fisheries, Julio Jose Prado.
Duragas, a company with more than 40 years in Ecuador, concluded this agreement within the framework of the closing of the Investment Forum ‘Ecuador Open for Business’, which took place on November 18 and 19 in Quito.

The Ministry informed that the investment of Duragas Abastible has a term of execution of twelve years and will be implemented in Guayas, Manabí, Pichincha, El Oro and Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, provinces in which new jobs will be generated that will strengthen the economic and productive reactivation.
