What does the Family Housing Bonus consist of?

According to official information from the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, these are the requirements to access this bonus:
- Family groups must have independent land or air free of encumbrances.
- The head of the family must receive income below S/2,076.
- Families must contribute savings starting at S/113.85, which is equivalent to 0.023%.
- The person who wishes to acquire this bonus must be responsible for a person who is up to the second degree of consanguinity.

Family Housing Bonus of S/29,700: how do I register?
- You must register your family group at one of the offices and authorized centers of the Techo Propio program, nationwide.
- Go with your ID and that of your spouse or partner (if applicable) so that you provide the complete information of all the members of the Family Group (name, ID, date of birth).
- If the household is headed by a cohabiting couple without marital impediment, the form must be signed by both. In the event that both are married, said document must be signed by one of them.
What are the Techo Propio Program bonuses?
The acquisition of new houses only applies to projects registered with the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation and the Mivivienda Fund. In this sense, the Techo Propio Program offers three bonuses, according to the modality to which each family applies:
- Bonus to buy a home of S/43,312.50: this economic benefit can be acquired until December 31 of this year.
- Bonus for the construction of a house of S/29,700: this subsidy is available until December 31, 2023.
- Bonus to improve a home of S/11,385.
