The Lima Parks Service (Serpar) will hold its second public auction of the year. In this edition, it will auction off 62 properties located in nine districts of Metropolitan Lima. According to the agency, all the land is registered in the name of Serpar in the Land Registry and is zoned for use for housing or real estate projects. According to the official information on the Serpar website, The lands to be auctioned are located in the districts of Ate, Carabayllo, La Molina, Lurigancho-Chosica, Miraflores, Pucusana, Puente Piedra, San Martín de Porres and Surco.
It is worth mentioning that these lots are close to main avenues, commercial establishments, banks, markets, restaurants and other places of interest.

As indicated by the Serpar web portal, The land auction in Metropolitan Lima will be held this Sunday, July 16, starting at 9:00 a.m. in La Muralla Park, which is located at the intersection of Jr. Amazonas and Jr. Lampa, in Cercado de Lima. - People interested in participating in this auction must buy the bases for S/50, which will be sold until July 14 through the web or transfer to the Serpar account.
- Also, you can purchase the bases in person at the headquarters of the Parque de La Muralla and the Club Metropolitano Cahuide, located in Ate.
- The central act will be under the leadership of an auction board, an auctioneer and a public notary who will formalize the purchase of each piece of land.
