Maxximus Guayaquil City Center, the first skyscraper and what will be the tallest building in Guayaquil and in the entire country, begins its history this Wednesday, July 12, with the laying of the first stone of the 50-story infrastructure that will be located next to the point, in Puerto Santa Ana.
Its creation, resulting from a strategic alliance between real estate developers Pronobis and Millenium, will create 520 direct jobs and 2,080 indirect jobs, for financial movements that will exceed 150 million dollars.

Millennium is a company Campana Organization, a family office multi-sector with investments in different sectors of the economy, including real estate. Meanwhile, the skyscraper will be 184 meters tall, 102,000 square meters built, more than 1,000 parking spaces, dozens of amenities and luxury finishes. It is the first project that brings the Versace Ceramics brand to Latin America for residential spaces.
Maxximus Guayaquil City Center will be a mixed-use building with a range of luxury residential spaces, corporate offices with first-class services and amenities. Exclusive spaces are planned, such as vestibule with security and a closed circuit, vip lounge & bar, lounge lobby, business center, gym, space squash, game room, large auditorium, sport bar, bowling zone, executive games, barbershop, living room or private rooms for executives and events and services valet parking.
It will have Maxximus, the first skyscraper built in Guayaquil and which will have 46 floors
It will be in part of the department vestibule independent with security and closed circuit 24/7, vip lounge & bar, living room private for residents (teriyaki & areas for cooks), living room lobby, coworking space, gym, wet areas with sauna and steam bath, party room, playrooms, playrooms for children and adolescents and a cinema hall.
Outside: outdoor cinema, swimming pools for adults and children, bonfire area, barbecue area, bar, cabanas, children’s outdoor games and a walking path.
