“According to the analysis of the MUP, at least the 50% of microentrepreneurs that have gone bankrupt did not start a business again, while the remaining percentage re-emerged in the informal sector”, he specified.
The also president of the Association of Graphic Mypes of Arequipa emphasized that to date the consequences of the sector are still visible, given that the sales rate they record is abnormal compared to previous years. “For example, the printers have a drop of 60%, many of our colleagues have gone bankrupt,” she concluded.
