Even Congresswoman Maricruz Zeta Chunga, who promoted this law, told Congress that the fertilizers that will be produced in Piura will also be exported. With this, new jobs are expected nationwide.
“We own this raw material, which is phosphoric rock. It will be the first processing plant in the country and, with it, farmers will have better prices and availability of this product for their crops. This does not end here, we are going to continue promoting the execution in the shortest possible time for the benefit of thousands of farmers nationwide,” he told the local media in Piura.
