He indecopi reported that its Coercive Execution Unit will hold the sixth auction of the year, in the city of Lima. In this event, 13 properties seized from natural persons or companies that did not comply with paying the fines imposed for violating consumer rights or for not respecting intellectual property will be auctioned.
Among the properties to be auctioned are apartments, land, parking lots, a commercial premises, houses, among others; located in the districts of Miraflores, Santiago de Surco, Asia, San Martín de Porres, Pueblo Libre, among others.

The auction will take place at the Indecopi headquarters, located in the av. Del Aire 384, San Borja (intersection with the 15 block of Canada Avenue).
How to participate in the auction?
- Those interested must appear at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time, carrying their current ID. Citizens with expired documents will be prevented from participating according to article 37 of Law No. 26497.
- They must prove an amount of not less than 10% of the appraisal value of the property they wish to acquire, either in cash or by cashier’s check payable to Indecopi.
- Those who participate in the auction on behalf of a natural or legal person, They must present a current power of attorney, registered in the respective registry office.
