Australia invites Peru to attend world mining summit in Sydney

In search of economic reactivation. A group of mining entrepreneurs will travel to Australia to make new investments, so next year a significant upturn in mineral exploration and exploitation projects is expected. The visit will last three days.

This was reported by the Australian ambassador, Maree Ringlandintroducing the delegation from our country that will attend the International Conference on Mining and Resources – IMARC 2022which will take place from November 2 to 4 in sydney.

The invitation was given during the meeting held by the Minister of Energy and Mines, Alessandra Herrera Jara, within the framework of the inauguration of the 35th edition of the Mining Convention – Perumin 2022which takes place in Arequipa.

The summit will be attended by more than 450 leaders from around the world. It seeks to position Peru as a destination for investments, in addition to promoting and promoting Peruvian mining clusters.

“It will be a great opportunity to connect with other leaders, exchange experiences, expand their network of contacts and attract more investments from Australia to Peru, which is a country with such power,” Maree Ringland remarked.
