Supermaxi, Pharmacy’s and BMI Ecuador, respectively, were rated as the brands that offer the best customer experience in Ecuador, according to the PXI Praxis Xperience Index, a study produced by the Ecuadorian company Expand, the exclusive agent of Praxis de Chile. for the magazine View, for the special user experience of its June issue.
Three companies lead top national, and in the category that was evaluated supermarkets, pharmacies and health insurance. Supermaxi is one of the brands of Favorite Corporation; Pharmacy’s belongs to the Difare group; while BMI is multinational, it has been in Ecuador for 26 years.

The study evaluated 63 companies, 20 of which were positioned as the best in 13 economic sectors, according to 19,194 surveys conducted across the country.
Adult men and women from Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenza answered the survey, in the period from December 2022 to March 2023, under three variables: efficiency, ease and emotion.
According to Ecuador’s Praxis Xperience Index average of 68, the sectors that stand out the most in customer experience are: pharmacies, direct sales cosmetics, supermarkets, health insurance, gas stations and fashion stores. These are above average, ranging from 73 to 78.
