MEF on Vale Pollo: Subsidy of S/25 will be ready the following week, at the latest

In May, the head of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), Alex Contreras, announced the delivery of a Protein Vale, called Vale Pollo at that time, aimed at vulnerable families, so that they can purchase basic basket products in this context of rising prices. “Within this second package that we want to work on in this second semester, there are employment measures, temporary employment, support for vulnerable families. What does the Protein Voucher? Currently, there are 1.2 million people who benefit from the FISE Vale with their electricity bill, which has a value of S/25 and with that they buy their gas cylinder. This voucher will increase by S/25, so families will have more liquidity to meet other household expenses, as are the basic basket foods that have risen in recent months.
