This massage, used regularly, will help rejuvenate the skin of the face for several years, in 2-3 months! It is a natural, easy and completely free way to smooth out existing wrinkles. It will also work perfectly in the case of the most troublesome ones, i.e. the so-called crow’s feet and nasolabial folds.

This massage will also contribute to firming the skin and improving the oval of the face. Technique anti aging, which the celebrity beautician and popular YouTuber Lisa Eldridge presented in one of her videos, should last about 5-10 minutes and be performed about 3-4 times a week, preferably right before bedtime.

According to a favorite make-up artist, m.in. Keira Knightely and Alexy Chung, with regular massage, the first effects are visible after two weeks. The Youtuber admitted that this is one of her favorite beauty rituals. In the video published below, the make-up artist showed step by step how to do it correctly.

First, apply the oil on the face – this will ensure better sliding of the fingers on the face (massage is performed with the fingers, because it is their movements that work best on the lymph). It is best to use unrefined, natural argan oil, which is known for its anti-aging properties. In the case of oily skin, jojoba oil will work well, as it normalizes the secretion of sebum.

Second step: bring your fingers together and start massaging your cheeks up and down, leading your fingertips from the jaw to the temples. Press your hands lightly against your face – this will stimulate blood circulation.

Then, start massaging the eye area in circular motions with your middle and ring fingers. Make circles starting from the center of the forehead towards the temples and back towards the nose.

The fourth step is the forehead massage. Massage it with the tips of your fingers, directing movements from the center to its sides. Massage between the eyebrows for about a minute.

Then focus on the jaw. Start massaging it with your fingertips, pressing them lightly. Then bend your index fingers. With their central, protruding part, massage the parts of the jaw from the chin to the temples, making long movements.

The next point is the nasolabial folds. For this, you will need the middle and ring fingers again. We draw circles around the mouth. Then, with one finger, massage the corners of the mouth, making a “lifting” movement upwards.

The seventh step is repeated according to the lymph flow. We move our fingers from the center of the forehead to the temples, then from the nose to the ears and from the jaw down to the neck.

The last, eighth point of the program is a pressure massage of facial points that accumulate tension. These are most often the eyebrow arches, the space between the eyebrows, the initial part of the cheekbones, the corners of the eyes, as well as the cheeks, chin and nose area. However, it is worth – as the youtuber advises – to find them instinctively and relieve the tension accumulated in them. Each point should be compressed for about 5 seconds.

And that’s it! After the massage, we get rid of excess oil with a washing gel or foam. In the case of skin prone to dryness, the product can be left to absorb.
