The Executive observed the rule, promoted by Congress, which declares June 7 as a holiday. Thus, Alberto Otárola, president of the Council of Ministers, told the media this Friday, June 2, that “the best way to pay tribute to the flag is by working and laying the foundations to recover the economy.”

Now, the autograph of the law will return to the Labor Commission of Parliament, which must evaluate the observations made by the Government. However, they can also reject the questions and insist on the legislative proposal. If the latter happens, and it is approved by the Plenary, the president of Congress must promulgate the norm.
