He Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF)through ministerial resolution No. 196-2023-EF/15, establishes modifications in the requirements to access reprogramming of the National Government Guarantee Program for Continuity in the Payment Chain (Reactive Peru).

In this way, changes to the operating regulations are indicated in article 21-A, which broaden the characteristics of debtor companies that are beneficiaries of Reactiva and that have a current guarantee.

Thus, it is indicated that they will be able to access users who have loans of less than S/ 750,000 to a rescheduling of credits. For those with loans equal to this same amount or greater than S/10 million, they must demonstrate that they had a drop in the level of their sales of more than or 30% in the fourth quarter of 2022 compared to the fourth quarter of 2019. .

“This requirement is not required for loans granted to companies in the tourism sector, according to the COFIDE database in its capacity as administrator of Reactiva Peru,” the regulation specifies.
