Meanwhile, this new alternative is Plaza Durán, a shopping center with a dimension of 2,500 square meters, a rooftop karaoke that will be activated at night, parking area and more than 20 shops, including food, ice cream, technology, fashion, beauty, medicine, leisure, among other categories.
The rooftop it is one of its main attractions. It is a trend of building spaces and environments outside the terrace of a building, with elements such as music, food, drinks and more.
Alejandra Montoya, president of Camontplaza, the real estate agency that developed the project, assured that the idea of this new space was born to diversify the business line a bit and in order to reactivate the economy of the sector, since the expectation of a commercial space of this type of concept piazza it is very high, as explained by the businesswoman.
“The expectation is super high since there is no commercial space of this type where there is variety in terms of the commercial area, services and entertainment with live music, concerts, stand up comedy and others in the same place within a first-rate bar, ”highlighted Montoya, who assured that Plaza Durán arrives in the canton with the aim of supporting commercial activations in the city.
The president of Camontplaza added that Plaza Durán is a project that was designed before the pandemic, but was stopped until the risk diminished.

Plaza Durán will be inaugurated on Saturday, November 27, at 11:00, in an open-air event, which will feature a show for children and adults, with live music and prizes.
