Minem promotes a S/2,000 subsidy to convert LPG vehicles to CNG: how to access this bonus?

Due to the LPG shortage a few weeks ago, the Ministry of Energy and Mines is promoting its subsidy aimed at owners of vehicles that use this fuel.

He Ministry of Energy and Mines has invited users of LPG vehicles to the program NGV savingsin which they will be able to access a subsidy of S/2,000 to convert their fuel cars LPG to CNG. Thus, the entity has trained nearly 140 workshops throughout Peru, where any user can perform this procedure on their vehicle. It should be noted that the average cost of this service is S/4,000, but thanks to this bonus you can save half. How can you access this subsidy?

GNV savings: how to access this subsidy?

If you are interested in changing your vehicle from LPG to CNG, all you have to do is go to the official website of the Social Energy Inclusion Fund (FISE). There you will be able to consult the GNV Savings program for the list of authorized workshops with this bonus of 2,000 soles to be able to change your car. Check the list of workshops HERE.

Likewise, you will be able to see the cost of this procedure in each workshop, which on average is S/4,000. Remember that the FISE program will subsidize S/2,000, and the rest, according to Minem, you can pay in up to three years and without interest.
