By means of ministerial resolutions No. 249-2023-VIVIENDA and No. 248-2023-VIVIENDA, the Ministry of Housing Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) approved the thirty-ninth and fortieth call of the year 2023 for the granting of 47 new deliveries of the Housing Lease Bond for Emergencies (BAE).
This is aimed at families affected by collapsed and uninhabitable homes as a result of intense rainfall in the north of the country. To detail, 32 bonds will be delivered in the district of Santa Rosa de Quives, in the province of Canta (Lima) and 15 in the district of Buenos Airesprovince of Morropón (Piura).
