The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) approved a new call for 15 families in the Tumbes district to receive the Emergency Housing Leasing Bonus (BAE) after they lost their homes due to heavy rainfall in the north of the country.
Through ministerial resolutions No. 246-2023-VIVIENDA and No. 247-2023-VIVIENDA, published this Wednesday, May 17 in the newspaper El Peruano, it is stated that there are nine potential beneficiaries in the Corrales districtdeclared in a state of emergency through Supreme Decree No. 029-2023-PCM.
While in the district of La Cruz, declared in a state of emergency by Supreme Decree No. 029-2023-PCM, they identified six families.
The call provides that the value of the subsidy is S/500 and is granted monthly for a maximum period of two years for the lease of a house located in the department of Tumbes. The list of potential beneficiaries will be published this Wednesday, May 17, on the official web pages of the Ministry of Housing, the Mivivienda SA Fund and the district municipalities, as well as in the same citizen service locations.
What documents must I present to access the Leasing Bonus?
Within a maximum period of 10 business days, counted from the day following the publication of the ministerial resolutions, The families summoned can present the following documents with the signature of the representative of the family group:
- The application for the granting of the Leasing Bond (BAE).
- The affidavit of not having housing other than the collapsed or uninhabitable located in the department of origin (Tumbes).
- The rental contract of the house, signed with the landlord of the same, with signatures legalized before the justice of the peace or notary public.
- If applicable, the sworn statement of the signatories of the aforementioned contract declaring the economic impediment for the legalization of signatures.
