MVCS: invested more than S / 55.5 million to execute 15 sanitation projects in Junín

According to him Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS), 15 water and neighborhood improvement works will be carried out in the Junín region, which have a budget of S / 55 million 564 thousand 419 as part of the economic reactivation plan “Peru en Marcha”.

These works will improve the lives of 12,600 inhabitants from the Junín region and will generate about 1,400 jobs. The projects will benefit the provinces of Satipo, Chanchamayo, Jauja, Chupaca and Concepción.

The works package includes nine neighborhood improvement projects, such as tracks, sidewalks, parks, sports and recreational slabs for a value of S / 39 million 482 thousand 820 and six water and sanitation projects in rural areas for a value of S / 16 million 81 thousand 599.

Regarding works to improve the water and sewage system In the populated center of Coviriali, province of Satipo, the investment amounts to more than S / 5.6 million and there will be about 650 beneficiaries.

Among the improvement works of tracks and paths there are the shreds Primavera, Túpac Amaru and Ramón Castilla, in the district of Yauli, province of Jauja. These have an investment amount exceeding S / 9.4 million and will benefit about 1,330 residents.

It should be noted that the execution of these projects is in charge of the National Rural Sanitation Program of the MVCS and by the district municipalities of Coviriali, El Mantaro, Huáchac, Aco, Parco, Yauli and Paccha.
