Leasing bonus: summon 127 affected families from Cajamarca and Piura

The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) launches two new calls to grant the Housing Lease Bond for Emergencies (BAE) to 127 potential families from Cajamarca and Piura, who lost their homes due to heavy rains, mudslides and floods. The subsidy, which has a value of S/500, will be delivered every month for a maximum period of two years.

The Ministerial Resolution No. 202-2023-HOUSING points out that 28 households and potential beneficiaries located in the districts of Chetilla, Cospan, San Juan, Cajamarca and La Encañada, in the province of Cajamarca, were identified; and, in the districts of Chancay, Ichocan and José Sabogal, of the province of San Marcos, both provinces of the Cajamarca region.

While the Ministerial Resolution No. 203-2023-HOUSING It specifies that 99 households and potential beneficiaries located in the Veintiséis de Octubre district of the province and region of Piura were identified. In both cases, The homes are located in areas declared in emergency due to the climate emergency, which is the main requirement to access the rental bonus.

How do I access the lease voucher?

The list of beneficiaries will be published on the website of the Ministry of Housing, the MiVivienda Fund and in the premises of each municipality and MVCS Citizen Service Center (CAC).

Once the relationship is published, people have 10 business days —that is, until Thursday, May 18— to present the required documentation at the local district commune, or at the MVCS Citizen Service Center that corresponds to you according to your location.
