Through Ministerial Resolution (No. 177-2023-VIVIENDA), César Augusto Negrete Venegas was appointed as General Director of the General Directorate of Housing and Urban Development Programs and Projects of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS). Previously, the position was held by Tomás Alejandro Flores Noriega.
