Engineer César Paniagua is sworn in as the new Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation

The engineer Cesar Paniagua Chacon He was sworn in tonight as the new head of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) to replace Geiner Alvarado López, who has been in office since the government of President Pedro Castillo began.

The new minister is a civil engineer graduated and graduated from the San Antonio Abad University of Cusco, with a Master’s Degree in Construction Management.

Paniagua previously served as a representative of the National Association of Sanitation Service Providers of Peru – Anepssa Peru before the OTASS Board of Directors.

The specialist inherits a ministry that to date has achieved that more than 435,000 people, both urban and rural, have access to water and drainage services for the first time thanks to the completion of works executed or financed during the first year of the president’s administration Peter Castle.
