The BairesDev company launched its ‘Fast Track’ recruitment program in Ecuador to speed up the selection process and fill 1,000 vacancies in the development of digital solutions.
From California -United States- announced that it seeks to speed up the interview stage of its selection process by up to 70%, which in this phase is specifically aimed at software engineers with advanced levels of English, specialized in Front-End development, Back-End End and Mobile, DevOps, Testing, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
“We are growing at a very fast pace, which translates into a greater need for talent. That is why we created Fast Track, to increase our team in record time and speed up the hiring process of 1,000 professionals in technological solutions”, explains Ezequiel Ruiz, vice president of talent acquisition at BairesDev.
The pilot of the program was first used in Brazil and more than 200 candidates matched the vacant profiles and are now advancing in their respective selection processes. “The next step is Ecuador. The objective of this program is to offer opportunities throughout the national territory, regardless of the city or region in which the candidates are located,” adds the director.
The company highlights that 25% of BairesDev’s talent is located in intermediate cities in Latin America and that in Ecuador more than 100 people work for the company from nine cities in the country.
- Through the Fast Track program, the candidate completes a two-minute form with their information and main skills.
