The price of the dollar in Peru Today, Saturday, November 20, it is located at S / 4,0075, according to information from the Bloomberg portal. In the parallel market, the greenback is located at S / 3,995 for the purchase and S / 4,030 for the sale; while for the National Superintendency of Tax Administration (Sunat), the North American currency has a value of S / 4,014 the purchase and S / 4,020 the sale.

On Friday the greenback closed the week at 4,009 soles, 0.32% lower than the opening which stood at 4,022 soles, according to the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCR). The monetary authority intervened with the placement of exchange swaps for S / 80 million to attenuate the volatility of the exchange rate.

The downward trend of foreign currency occurs two days after the swearing in of Juan Carrasco as Minister of Defense and the incorporation of Jorge Luis Palomino to the Cabinet of Mirtha Vásquez in the Production portfolio.
