The famous Starbucks coffee has arrived from the United States of America to Ecuador, but it is not present in the cafeteria but with its frappuccino product, which is now on the shelves of the supermarket chain.
The international brand’s Frappuccinos available in the country are three varieties: Vanilla, Caramel and Mocha, in 281ml glass bottles priced at $5.95 each and a four-pack at $22.55.

They are produced by the North American Coffee Partnership, the company with which Starbucks and PepsiCo launched the instant coffee category more than twenty years ago. “Starting as a new category, the iconic Frappuccino coffee drink has grown into a retail business worth more than $2 billion, and Starbucks is the leader in ready-to-drink coffee with a 97% share,” the brand reviews.

Imports are carried out by Corporación Favorita, which includes the Supermaxi and Megamaxi chains, among others.
