National Targeting System: Midis publishes draft decree for its regulation

He Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) ordered the publication of the draft Supreme Decree that approves the Regulation of Law No. 30435, Law that creates the National Targeting System (Sinafo).

The purpose of the regulation is to establish the principles, scope, organization, scope, processes, procedures, infractions and sanctions that regulate the Sinafo, specifying the members of the system and their functions in accordance with the Social Policy and in coordination with the National Development System. and Social Inclusion (Sinadis).

According to resolution No. 068-2023-MIDIS, the General Directorate of Targeting and Social Information is the line body of the Vice Ministry of Social Policies and Evaluation, responsible for managing the implementation and operation of Sinafo, as well as conducting actions to generate and manage socioeconomic information of households.

“In order to make them available for interventions that use socioeconomic classification as eligibility criteria, in the field of social information in their custody,” he says.

The purpose of the publication is to receive suggestions, comments or recommendations from public or private entities and the public in general during a period of ten calendar days, counted from this moment.
