They promulgate the law of the housing rental bond for emergencies

The day before, the law that creates the emergency housing rental bond was enacted, in order to help those citizens affected by natural phenomena or induced by human action whose homes have collapsed or are uninhabitable within an area declared in emergency by supreme decree (law 31526).

Said subsidy has a value of S/ 500 and will be given monthly for a maximum period of two years. To access this program, potential beneficiaries must apply to their local district government or service center of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) so that they send the data to the General Directorate of Programs and Projects in Housing and Urbanism ( DGPPVU).

It is worth specifying that the MiVivienda Fund will be in charge of administering and delivering this financial aid; although, according to a final complementary provision, it is established that a group of 22 families from Cerro de Pasco must be relocated due to the contamination generated by heavy metals, and therefore, they will also be included in this bonus.

Finally, it transpired that the Executive has a period of no more than 30 days to regulate the standard through the MVCS.
