BCP: credit card purchases will not be displayed in the app during some weekends in April

The Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) informed its users, through text messages and emails, that the consumption made from your credit card cannot be viewed on the mobile banking app nor in Internet Banking during some weekends of April. For what is this?

According to the communication of bankthese movements cannot be seen in the application because throughout this month they will be making system maintenance that process the information of the consumptions in the credit cards of the BCP.

According to the entity, the detail of consumption may only appear on the Tuesday after the weekend and the credit line will continue to update automaticallyaccording to the consumptions made.

They also specify that, during this period, users will be able to continue using their BCP credit card normally and that they will be able to receive notifications of their consumption. To join the Notification Service, the user must contact any BCP agency.

Finally, they indicate that this maintenance will only last this month and that in May it will be possible to see the consumptions normally in the BCP Mobile Banking app and in Internet Banking.
