Indecopi imposes anti-dumping duties on imports of taffeta fabrics from China

The Commission on Dumping, Subsidies and the Elimination of Non-Tariff Trade Barriers (CDB) of the Indecopi ordered to impose definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of plain fabrics made exclusively from polyester and cotton staple fibers originating in the People’s Republic of China.
