The campaign to present the income tax declaration for the year 2022 in Biscay will start next April 17th and taxpayers will have until June 30 to submit their returns. The Foral Treasury of this territory foresees return 489 million euros (to return) and enter 383.2 million (to enter) through the fence of 623,000 declarations that are expected The citizens who correspond to enter must pay the Treasury an average of 1808 euros, while an average of 1190 euros will be returned.

The Department of Treasury and Finance has announced today, at a press conference, the data corresponding to the 2022 income campaign. As in previous years, each taxpayer may choose between any of the three presentation channels: face-to-face, telephone (94 6083000) or Internet.

As of April 17, the proposals can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council, and they will also be sent by post. In them, the best tax option (individual or joint) will be informed.

There are three main novelties this year: deflation of 5.5% to offset the effects of inflation, the deduction of 200 euros for income of less than 30,000 euros, the increase in the ski pass for unjustified expenses for workers self-employed, and compensation of up to 15% of the benefits for professionals voluntarily adhered to the Batuz system.
