Thus, during the month of April, there will be massive communication about projects, credit products and promotions available on the national market. There are more than 300 residential projects located in 50 cities in the national territory that will open their doors in different industries. One of them is fairs.

The Association of Real Estate Construction Entrepreneurs of Ecuador (Apive) reported the official launch of the “Housing Month” initiative, in which developers, financial institutions, construction suppliers, unions, authorities and other industry leaders participate, with the aim of promoting and facilitating access to housing.

The Bank of the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute (Biess) also joined the activities planned for Housing Month. Their participation “represents an opportunity to support the activation of the real estate sector through the offer of mortgage loans,” said Juan Carlos Martínez, deputy manager of Crédito del Biess, during the presentation of the event.

In March, Biess trained representatives of builders in Quito and Guayaquil on issues related to these loans. They will also participate in the Hábitat fair, which will be held from April 12 to 16 in Guayaquil, and the Clave fair, from April 19 to 23 in Quito, as well as other planned activities.

For this 2023, Biess plans to give 764 million dollars in mortgage loans. And it has its own apartment fairs planned.
