Leasing Bond: 110 new subsidies are approved in districts of Lima and Lambayeque

He Ministry of Housing Construction and Sanitation(MVCS) approved the eighth and ninth call of the year 2023 for the granting of the Housing Lease Bond for Emergencies (BAE). This time, the aid is aimed at victims with collapsed or uninhabitable houses as a result of the heavy rains that occurred in various regions of the country.

In accordance with the regulations published this Saturday, April 1 in El Peruano, a total of 110 families will be the beneficiaries of the subsidy. Ministerial Resolution No. 140-2023-Housing indicates that 59 are in the province and department of Lambayeque. Of which, 34 belong to the district of Morropón, 5 to Chóchope and 20 to San José.

For its part, Ministerial Resolution No. 118-2023-Housing specifies that 51 beneficiaries are located in Metropolitan Lima: 17 in the Ate district and 34 in Comas.

The list of those summoned will be published the day after the issuance of these regulations on the web pages of the MVCS and the MIVIVIENDA Fund, as well as in the premises of the municipalities of Pachacámac and San José, depending on the jurisdiction, and in the centers of citizen service (CAC) of the ministry, located in Lima and Lambayeque, respectively.

The value of the BAE is S/500 and it is granted monthly for a maximum term of up to two years for the rental of homes in the aforementioned areas. The computation of the term of the granting of the BAE begins on the date of the first collection in the Banco de la Nación by each beneficiary.

Deadlines for granting the bonus

Potential beneficiaries, within a maximum period of 10 business days, must submit the following documents signed by the representative of the family group:

  • The application for granting the BAE.
  • The sworn declaration of not having housing other than the collapsed or uninhabitable one.
  • The rental contract of the house, signed with the landlord of the same, with signatures legalized before the justice of the peace or notary public.
  • If applicable, the sworn statement of the signatories of the aforementioned contract declaring the economic impediment for the legalization of signatures.
