After a five-month struggle, it has ended with an agreement the conflict between the staff and the management of Bizkaibus de Busturialdea and Lea Artibai. The workers’ assembly has ratified the agreement reached the day before yesterday between the works council and management.
Committee member Joseba Telleria has been satisfied with the decision. 80% of the staff have voted, and all in favor of the agreement. According to him, salaries will rise according to the CPI during the next three years, and other issues will be dealt with later by the two parties.
The committee has ensured that the agreement does not violate the rights of the staff, and has thanked the workers and workers the response given in recent months, as well as the users of the service.
