He Ministry of Housing Construction and Sanitation(MVCS) approved the fourth and fifth call of the year 2023 for the granting of the Housing Lease Bond for Emergencies (BAE), this time aimed at victims with collapsed or uninhabitable houses as a result of the intense rains that have occurred in recent weeks in the national territory.
In accordance with the regulations published this Thursday, March 23 in El Peruano, a total of 35 families will be the beneficiaries of the subsidy. Ministerial Resolution No. 119-2023-Housing indicates that 12 are in the district of San José in the province and department of Lambayeque, while Ministerial Resolution No. 118-2023-Housing specifies that 23 belong to the district of Pachacamac in Lima.
The value of the BAE is S/500 and it is granted monthly for a maximum term of up to two years for the rental of homes in the aforementioned areas. Potential beneficiaries, within a maximum period of 10 business days, must submit the following documents signed by the representative of the family group:
- The application for granting the BAE.
- The sworn declaration of not having housing other than the collapsed or uninhabitable one.
- The rental contract of the house, signed with the landlord of the same, with signatures legalized before the justice of the peace or notary public.
- If applicable, the sworn statement of the signatories of the aforementioned contract declaring the economic impediment for the legalization of signatures.
The aforementioned ministerial resolutions indicate that the district municipalities of Pachacámac and San José send to the MVCS, through the latter’s physical or virtual reporting table, the documents presented by potential beneficiaries up to a maximum period of two business days, counted from the last business day of expiration of the indicated period.
Finally, they specify that the computation of the term of the granting of the BAE begins on the date of the first collection in the Banco de la Nación by each beneficiary.
