Bonus for rains: how much is paid?

The Rainy Bonus consists of a monetary delivery of S/500 monthly, which is intended for families whose houses have been declared uninhabitable or were completely destroyed. This amount will be for a period of two years. and will allow families to rent a property.

Bond for rains in Cieneguilla: what documents must I present?

To access this subsidy, applicants must submit the application for these documents:

  • Application for the Rental Bond for Emergencies.
  • Leasing contract legalized or, failing that, the affidavit of the signatories of the contract.
  • Affidavit of economic impediment.
  • Affidavit of not having another home.

Rain bonus: what is the deadline to present the documentation?

After the publication of the ministerial Resolution, eligible individuals have seven business days to submit required documentation at the headquarters of the Municipality of Cieneguilla or at the Citizen Attention Center of the Ministry of Housing, located at 395 Benavides Avenue, Miraflores.

Once the local government submits to the Ministry the requests for the granting of the rain bonus and it is verified that the homes to be leased are not collapsed or uninhabitable, the final list of beneficiaries will be sent to the MiVivienda Fund in a maximum of five days, which will be disseminated and the dates will be indicated for the first collection in the offices of Banco de la Nación.

In an interview for RPP, the head of Housing indicated that as long as there is flooding in the houses it will be difficult measure the level of affectation of each property. “The level of damage must be suctioned and evaluated to qualify that house as uninhabitable or destroyed,” he commented. In turn, he urged those affected to apply at the headquarters of their respective municipalities by indicating the data of the house they will rent.
