Techo Propio: deadline for submission of documents for potential beneficiaries of 2023 is extended

The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) sSuspended for 30 calendar days from tomorrow, Monday March 20, all the stages pending to date, to access the granting of the Family Housing Bonus (BFH) under the modality of Construction Application on Own Site of the First National Call for the Techo Propio Program for the year 2023, approved by Ministerial Resolution No. 077-2023-VIVIENDA.

Likewise, it is ordered to modify the second temporary complementary provision of Ministerial Resolution No. 039-2022-VIVIENDA, which approves the first national call for the Techo Propio Program for the year 2022. Thus, it is established that The maximum term of the processes subsequent to the execution of the Social Interest Housing (VIS), for the correct presentation of the documents required for the release of the guarantees, will not exceed 150 calendar days.

While the validity of the guarantees will depend on the term of execution of the VIS, established in the contract between the parties, plus the terms corresponding to the processes subsequent to the execution of the VIS, which cannot exceed 330 calendar days.

The legal provision published today in El Peruano alsono modifies the term for the presentation of documentation of potential beneficiaries established in the first call of the year 2023. In this way, it is indicated that the potential beneficiaries will have a maximum period of sixty business days, counted from the day after the publication of this Ministerial Resolution, to present the following documents with the signature of the Representative of the Family Group:

  • The application for granting the BAE.
  • The sworn declaration of not having a home other than the collapsed or uninhabitable one located in the department of origin (Amazonas, Cajamarca or San Martín).
  • The rental contract of the house signed with the landlord of the house with signatures legalized before the justice of the peace or notary public.
  • If applicable, the sworn statement of the signatories of the aforementioned contract declaring the economic impediment for the legalization of signatures.
