The workers of the subcontractors of the Osakidetza cleaning service begin this Monday, the 20th, a new cycle of strikes, called by LAB, UGT, CCOO and ESKwhich will continue Until April 2 requesting a new agreement.
On the occasion of the start of the strikes, mobilizations in the different territories. Specifically, at ten in the morning there will be a demonstration from the Donostia hospital, at half past ten another march is scheduled from the outpatient clinics of the Álava university hospital and at noon the protest will be in front of the Galdakao hospital.
These strikes have been called within the framework of the mobilizations that are being carried out to obtain the “unblocking” of the negotiation of the agreement and the homologation with Osakidetza’s own staff, after last Thursday there was no progress at the negotiating table.
In addition to the strike of these unions, THE Afor its part, has maintained a strike in this group since last February 27 and Until 3 April to also demand “unblocking” of the negotiation and payment of the professional career.
