The provincial councils have modified the regulations after the Constitutional Court annulled various aspects of the calculation of capital gains tax.
The new decrees on capital gains tax are already in force in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa after their publication this Wednesday in the official gazettes of the three territories.
The three provincial councils yesterday approved the respective urgent normative decrees that they modify the capital gains tax after the Constitutional Court ruling which declared null various aspects of the calculation of the same.
This approval comes after last Monday the Euskadi Tax Coordination Body (OCTE), in which the Basque Government, the three Basque provincial councils and city councils are present, agreed to this shared modification.
