The climate, location, size of the project and housing deficit in this part of the country are some of the factors that are driving this increased demand, said the engineer in charge of the real estate project. Miami Beach Peruvian.
The demand for land and beach houses, Whether for housing or as an investment alternative, it has been growing significantly not only south of Lima, but also in the north of the country, specifically in the province of Casma (Áncash), according to engineer Gastón Barúa, manager responsible for the Miami Beach Peruano real estate project.
The manager pointed out that in the case of the real estate project Miami Beach Peruvianwhich is located at kilometer 388 of the Panamericana Norte, in the province of Casma, lots for beach houses have appreciated by approximately 50%. “We began to sell each lot of 160 m² at S / 60,000, and today they are sold at S / 90,000,” he specified.
The demand for these lots as an investment alternative or as housing will grow significantly, since more than 300 lots have been sold in the last three months. “The climate, location, size of the project and housing deficit in this part of the country are factors that would also be driving this greater demand,” said the engineer.
This first stage consists of 476 lots (98 for a one-story home plus a roof terrace and 378 for a two-story home plus a roof terrace) and 60,000 square meters for parks, gardens, fronton courts, playgrounds, barbecue area, club house, etc.
“This is a first pilot project, but, thanks to the better use of land, what we are also looking for is that it become a satellite city, decentralized, self-sustaining, a new city for Casma, and that can be replicated in other parts of the country”, added Barúa.
In the coming months, the condominium will have ozonated water, drainage, electricity, fiber optic internet, tracks, sidewalks, parks, gardens and a club house, with a barbecue area and swimming pool. This will generate greater value for the land in favor of the owners, who will have their respective title deeds, according to engineer Barúa.
