Around 11% of people in Peru have preferences in betting on political movements, according to a report on Responsible Gaming in Latin America, prepared by the Playtech platform for 2,500 people in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru.
Along these lines, in Peru, 63% of players decide to bet on entertainment and 55% on virtual sports, such as simulation of soccer matches, horse racing, among others.
In detail, e-Sports appears in third place with 37%, while musical hits reach 12%. Meanwhile, in fifth place are people who have fun betting on political movements (11%)

On the other hand, it was revealed that 33% of Peruvians bet on tennis, 22% on baseball and athletics, and 21% on reality shows and swimming. For their part, 18% decided on Formula 1, 13% on darts, 10% on rugby, 9% on cricket, 8% on softball and, finally, 6% on snooker.
It should be noted that 61% of Peruvians consider themselves a responsible gambler when it comes to online betting. In addition, 33% affirm that said activity does not directly affect their daily life.
On the other hand, 3% do not know what responsible gambling is, 2% believe that their habits may be becoming problematic, 1% are sure that their behavior is risky and 1% do not know how to identify themselves.
