Ana Isabel Pari Morales is the new executive president of Servir

The new head of the entity previously served as Secretary of Public Integrity of the PCM. She will replace Janeyri Boyer Carrera in the position.

The Presidency of the Council of Ministers, through Supreme Resolution No. 047-2023-PCM published this Friday, March 3 in the legal regulations bulletin of El Peruano, appointed Ana Isabel Pari Morales as member and executive president of the Board of Directors of the National Civil Service Authority (Servir).

Through the same legal device, the work of Janeyri Boyer Carrera was also terminated and she was thanked for the services rendered. The rule is endorsed by the Prime Minister, Alberto Otárola.

The new executive president of Servir is a lawyer and has a master’s degree from the Federico Villarreal National University, with a postgraduate degree in Governance and Human Rights from the Autonomous University of Madrid. In addition, she was trained in issues related to public management, as well as integrity policies and strategies and the fight against corruption.

Likewise, she has more than 10 years of experience in public administration, since she has served as an advisor to Senior Management in the Ministries of Defense and Education, as well as in other management and advisory positions in the Executive Branch; in addition to university teaching.

In the last five years, she has been technical secretary of the Disciplinary Administrative Procedure Bodies and, later, head of the General Office of Transparency, Public Ethics and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Education. On the other hand, she led the Integrity Network of said sector. The last position she held was Secretary of Public Integrity of the PCM.
